Exporting your GlossGenius Clients
GlossGenius does not currently offer a way to export your client list on your own. To do so, you will need to contact their support team.
Exporting your GlossGenius Appointments
GlossGenius does not currently offer a way to export your appointments on your own. To do so, you will need to contact their support team.
Exporting your GlossGenius Services
GlossGenius does not currently offer a way to export your Services on your own. To do so, you will need to contact their support team.
Alternatively, you can include a link your booking site in the email you send to the onboarding team and we can pull that information for you.
Exporting your GlossGenius Staff members
There is no easy way to to export staff members from GlossGenius. For this - just include the name, phone number, and email addresses of the staff members you want to create in the email you send to the onboarding team. You can add up to 10 staff members on the pro plus plan.
Importing your GlossGenius data to Goldie
Email your data to Onboarding@heygoldie.com from the email address associated with your account. Attach the information you would like to import and the team will get back to you with any questions.
